Theme breakfast? What should that be?
In addition to a nice start to the day with an exuberant breakfast and nice conversations, we ushered in the second edition of the MSP Motto Breakfast. We take our colleagues on a journey into the further development of MSP and discuss interesting topics such as "Further education@MSP" in a relaxed atmosphere. This field is incredibly large and complex. It is about individual training, training programs, training opportunities, budgets, cross-team measures, the entry of new employees and much more. Every employee has the chance to actively participate in the development of this area, to express his/her opinion and to let new measures arise from it.
The first edition was already very successful and has also already brought about some positive changes. We are looking forward to further exciting topics and follow with interest the further development of our company - each of us has contributed to it.
