Regular checks of your IT landscape ensure a continuously smooth workflow. Our service includes:

24-hour monitoring of all major systems...
...no matter whether it is a server, a data store or a network component. The required updates are carried out by us in the regulated maintenance windows, so that your software is always up to date.
If you have concluded a maintenance contract with us, your infrastructure will be available to you in predefined provisioning periods for a smooth workflow (see graphic on the left).
In the case of special projects or extraordinary updates by a manufacturer, MSP AG reserves the right to carry these out within the provision period. Generally, our maintenance takes place on two Fridays a month after 6pm. Data backups are performed following the provisioning time windows or Maintenance time window started.
Data backup and archiving
Constant utilization and availability lead to usage-related wear on your systems. This increases the risk of system failure. To ensure that your data remains available in such a scenario, we work out a data backup and recovery concept with you. The necessary storage capacity can also be purchased directly from us. Data backup and archiving is available from MSP in three different variants:
Simple data backup - The backup of your data takes place every night outside of deployment time*. When restoring, only the entire system can be reset. The number of backups and the maximum backup duration are individually agreed.
Advanced data backup - With the extended data backup, individual data can be restored in addition to your complete system. Many of our customers therefore rely on advanced data protection when using e-mail and file servers. This also allows you to restore intermediate daily results without any problems. You also get the option to back up your data externally for protection against total failure.
Archiving according to IT Security Act - Even a good data backup does not constitute electronic archiving. We will work out a separate archiving strategy with you and take the necessary technical measures to ensure electronic archiving.
Licensing
Generally speaking, you are responsible for correct licensing. We support you in meeting this responsibility. At six-monthly intervals, we check the coverage of your IT infrastructure with regard to the required licenses and, if necessary, make you an offer for missing licenses. Documentation provides you with certainty about the licensing status of your company.
Administration of your infrastructure and server
Administration of your IT infrastructure means managing users, mailboxes or permissions on different system platforms. Our modern ticket system also enables us to process your enquiries even faster and more reliably. If you would like a continuous provision of our services, we will be happy to conclude a maintenance contract with you.
Workplace Establishment
In addition to setting up the central user administration, we would also like to take care of the provision of the workstations for you. Through the use of central software distribution and with the hardware packages defined by you, it is possible to provide jobs quickly and cost-effectively.
Communication environment
In addition to the IT environment, telephony is also subject to constant change. In companies, Voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems are increasingly being used for this purpose. These systems enable cost-effective and effective adaptation to changing business requirements. Based on our many years of experience in the field of VoIP, we support and advise you on your way to the right communication environment.
